Gaps narrower than the circulation width between a building and a boundary are left unpaved, and the yard is held back from the boundary by the landscape strip depth.

Reshaping: double-click a lot boundary or an office edge to drop a new anchor there, then drag it to angle or kink that edge. The anchor lands exactly on the line, so adding one never changes the area — and on the lot, the new edge keeps the tag of the edge it split. Alt+click an anchor to remove it.
